Internal communication & people engagement
Building high-functioning teams is about more than processes, workflows and tools, although they’re an important part of performance. You also need to apply a culture-first lens that helps determine whether your team feels psychologically safe, able to trust, able to connect with their organisation’s strategy and that they are valued. Then comes the feeling of growth, of being engaged – and that they’re having fun. Here are some examples of internal communication and people engagement projects I’ve worked on.
