The challenge
Tink’s data enrichment tech is quite something to describe in itself, being an intelligent solution with intangible benefits. Essentially, it’s the ideal tool for banks and financial service providers to get a 360° view of a customer’s finances – and give them the personalised service that keeps them coming back.
With generative AI-enhanced categorisation models in Tink’s latest update, there was even more to say. And it was even more complex.
The approach
Devising a short video series with a product manager (tech expert) and product marketing manager (hype woman), we found a way of communicating the benefits the way we wanted to. Simply, succinctly and somehow playfully.
The solution
The source material was extensive (a long blog piece) but it gave us a lot to work with. After scripting, rescripting, filming, designing and refining, we had a series – Categorisation Up Close. The star of the show was our product manager, and the feedback from our Brand & Comms Director was “He was amazing, and should be a bedtime story reader.”
